Hi, I’m LANA RICHARDS.
I am a mother, personal trainer, nutrition coach, fitness enthusiast and a foodie! I have a passion for nutrition and learning how to heal our relationship with food. I started my career in food an beverage and hospitality hence my love, passion and knowledge for food (and beverages lol). From there however my passion for fitness grew and now I am able to merge the two helping people learn to do a bit of both and balance the best of both worlds!
I have been working in fitness for well over 10 years and now have expanded my nutrition practice. After completing my Precision Nutrition Certification I also completed certification in Mind Body Eating as I realised how much of a mental battle it can be to transform one’s body and change our relationship with food.
Whether you are now starting out or been on this road for a while and just need a hand to hold… I’m here for you! Lets work together to find the best feel-good version of you yet!
